About the Event
This class is for anyone beginning down a path of self-reflection, spiritual growth, and connection. This class will help you begin to understand your own connection to spirit and how to work with your own strengths to understand your abilities. There will be practical exercises and an introduction to various techniques that connect us with both our own soul and the souls of others (both living and in spirit).
