How do mediums work?

Most of the time those that have crossed over want to say, "Hello" and "I'm OK". Sometimes they bring up information that only you would know to validate it is really them. Your loved ones want to communicate with you! They still love you no matter how your relationship may have ended and they only want the best for your soul.
Can a loved one that crossed over be a guardian angel?

Who are guardian angels?
Guardian angels have never lived on Earth. They are here to protect and love us during our journey here.
Who are spirit guides?
Spirit guides are beings that have agreed to be with us during our life on earth. We all
have one main guide that is with us throughout our lifetime. We have many other guides but they are only with us during certain periods of our life or while we are learning a
particular life lesson. Spirit guides are only here to guide us and cannot tell us what to do.
What are spiritual contracts?
Spiritual contracts are lists of things we have agreed to learn while we are here on Earth. We all have many spiritual contracts or agreements we have made. Many of these lessons continue throughout lifetimes.
What is intuition?
Intuition (AKA gut feeling) is the perception of truth, facts, information or other input not based on any reasoning process. The ability to have insight into something based on our inner knowledge and truth and not based on external stimulus. Everyone has intuition. It is up to you whether you use it or not.
Can you connect with spirit yourself?
Everyone of us is born with the ability to connect with our guides, angels and God. It is as simple as asking and trusting what they tell you.
