I designed this CD with local Denver musician David Anthony. The CD includes a 10 minute introduction to meditation, a 15 minute unguided musical meditation and a 15 minute guided meditation. The music and meditations are designed for any experience level. I have these CD's with me at my office and at any appearances or classes if you would like to purchase one. Tibetan Singing Bowls-Chakra Meditation- Tibetan Singing Bowls of the higest quality were used to create this unique and amazing meditation CD. While this meditation is not guided, it allows you to determine your own journey as the vibration of the bowls helps you balance your chakras. The total time of this CD is 41 minutes but it is smartly broken up into 10 different tracks. This allows you to either quickly balance one chakra or spend more time balancing them all.
